We work hand in hand with our clients for the implementation of processes. Also, in the introduction of new concepts and the ideation of new business models. Consequently, we intend to improve and strengthen restaurant operations so that each process’ outcomes are tangible in situ.
We are the external F&B department
Our aim is to optimise your restaurant operations. That is why Manageat will become a part of your team. For that purpose, we will create an ad hoc group of professionals, who will make your predefined plan a reality.
Among other things, in Manageat we:
- Launch the restaurant menu and other business units, as well as all the processes it involves.
- Design management tools to be used now and later on.
- Prepare manuals about restaurant standards in different formats.
- Take on all the arrival of equipment and supplies, as OS&E y FF&E.
- Develop operations handbooks, eventually using techniques such as gamification.
- Manage new openings, soft-opening. And, of course, the subsequent monitoring of the restaurant operations after opening.
- Play a connecting role among the different areas involved in the implementation.
